I've spent the last three years working inside an AI startup, watching a small team ship, pivot, ship again, and pivot again. Before that, I ran marketing across a handful of Web3 and DeFi companies. Two hype cycles, one takeaway: they look identical up close, and the people who ship through them are almost never the ones tweeting the loudest.

I write here about AI, agent system workflows, and what's actually shipping in the space each week. The version of these posts I want to read: less punditry, more mechanics. More "here's how this thing works and why it matters" and less "the future of AI is..."

On the side, I've built Notion systems for 65+ founders and small businesses. Databases, dashboards, automations, the whole workspace-as-operating-system thing. A lot of how I think about AI workflows is downstream of years of watching how humans and tools actually fit together.
